How To Measure:
Use a fabric measuring tape *Always remember to measure the correct part of your waist. Where would you like your waist beads to hang? They typically fall below the navel, right above the hips, but its totally up to you.
1) Remove any clothing, you want to measure against your bare skin for accurate measurements.
2) Take your measurement. Stand up straight, hold the tape measure behind you, and bring it around your waist to meet at your navel. The tape should be parallel to the floor and fit snugly around your torso without digging into your skin, be sure not make this extremely tight, you want to be able to wear them and be comfortable.
3) Read the tape. Look at the place on the tape where zero end meets the other end of the tape measure. The location of this meeting point is your waist measurement.
4) Double-check your measurement. Repeat the measurement once more to ensure the accuracy of your original measurement.
